All cancellations must be within 24 of scheduled appointments. Cancellations within less than 24 hours or no shows will be subject to a fee of $25 upon booking next appointment, credit card on file and a 50% of groom fee upon any future late cancellations or no shows.

A late pick up fee of $1 per minute will be charged for all dogs picked up after closing.

Unaltered female dogs will NOT groomed while in a heat cycle. (Heat scent can have an effect of other dogs behavior, exciting male dogs and causing aggression in other females. For safety purposes a dog in heat will be turned away and rescheduled)

Hair cut redos will gladly be done free of charge within one week of services performed.

Senior dogs. In most cases we will require a senior dog to be books at the first appointment of the day. This is to ensure the groomer can begin on the dog and work on him or her straight through. Our groomers are well experienced in senior pets and take every precaution to ensure your dogs safety. Safety is the number one priority; this means your pet may not always receive a full bath and groom or the prettiest of haircuts. We may require you to stay near in case of emergencies. Any preexisting conditions known or unknown that lead to medical emergencies are the pet owners responsibility.

Any dog receiving a haircut 1” or longer in length left on the body will be subject to additional charges.

If your dog requires special accommodations due to aggression or behavior issues there may be additional charges.

Any large dog with a long double coat is required to be on a 6 week or less schedule or we will not be able to accommodate. This includes chows, collies, samoyed and other similar coat typed breeds. In order to keep coats like these healthy and matt free we recommend a 4 week recurring appointment schedule.

Any dogs that go more than six months without a grooming appt in our shop may be subject to price increase.

Yes we can brush your dogs teeth. However your dogs teeth and gums are just as sensitive as humans. Ideally they are getting their teeth brushed at home every day or at least several times a week. If you’d like us to brush teeth please let us know; We do not sell toothbrushes or toothpast but you can take your dogs toothbrush home.

Earplucking is the process of removing dead hair inside the ear inorder to make room for new hair to come in. We will only pluck your dogs ear hair if the hair is ready to be removed. If the hair is NOT ready to be removed we will trim the hair close to the entrance of the ear canal in order to maintain and prevent matting. We will not pluck ears on a dog with an active ear infection.
